1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

If jiliho determines at any point that an account holder is or was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at any point during their use of the platform, jiliho will immediately and permanently close the account. All funds held within the account — including initial deposits, any winnings, and any bonus balances — will be forfeited. jiliho may also report the matter to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law. No exceptions to this policy will be made under any circumstances.
2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold one and only one registered account with jiliho. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, via a different email address, via a different mobile number, or using a family member's or third party's identity — is strictly forbidden. Where jiliho detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual (based on device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, shared personal details, or other investigative signals), all associated accounts will be suspended, any balances held within them will be forfeited, and the player may be permanently barred from the platform.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliho account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on jiliho using your account credentials — even if carried out by another person without your knowledge or consent — is your responsibility unless you have previously reported unauthorised access to jiliho's support team. jiliho strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password that is not reused on other websites.
3.4 KYC Verification
jiliho operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and financial compliance standards. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with jiliho, including but not limited to: prior to your first withdrawal, when your account reaches certain cumulative activity thresholds, or when jiliho's compliance team flags an account for review. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jiliho balance within 60 seconds of the mobile transaction being confirmed on the mobile money platform. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:
- Your account must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of jiliho's compliance team
- Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully met or the bonus forfeited
- Your withdrawal request must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name
- Your account must not be subject to any active fraud investigation, security hold, or compliance review

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by jiliho are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the combined value of the bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires ৳10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. 5.2 Bonus Abuse
jiliho takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play intent, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — are strictly prohibited. jiliho reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests solely with jiliho's compliance team.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions

6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets placed and games played on jiliho are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant sections of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is not accepted until you receive on-screen confirmation of the bet placement from jiliho's platform. In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communication interruption that prevents confirmation being delivered to you, jiliho will review its records to determine whether the bet was received and accepted prior to the interruption. jiliho's internal records are the definitive record of bet placement and outcome. Verbal or screenshot claims of bet placement that are not confirmed by jiliho's own records will not be honoured.
6.2 Void Bets
A bet may be declared void by jiliho in the following circumstances:
- The bet was placed after the event, match, or game to which it relates had already started (where pre-match only markets are concerned)
- The event was abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport-specific rules
- A clear and manifest pricing or data error resulted in a materially incorrect odds display at the time the bet was placed
- The player was ineligible to place the bet due to a bonus restriction, account status issue, or other eligibility condition
- The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable sport-specific rules
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bet types and markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant market or game interface prior to bet placement. jiliho reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where risk management or compliance requirements make this necessary. 6.4 RNG and Live Game Integrity
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games — including slots, virtual table games, and specialty titles — use certified RNG technology that produces statistically random outcomes. 7 Prohibited Conduct

- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the platform
- Collusion: Colluding with other players, coordinating to exploit game mechanics, or sharing information in live poker or other competitive games to gain an unfair advantage
- Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, system glitches, or software bugs to obtain an unfair financial advantage
- Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour toward jiliho customer support staff or other users of the platform
- Circumvention of restrictions: Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions, account suspensions, or self-exclusion periods
8 Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by the Player

Before your account is closed, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification. jiliho will process account closure requests within 3 business days of receiving a complete and verified request.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by jiliho
jiliho reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
- Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider
- Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual
- A request from law enforcement or a regulatory authority with appropriate jurisdiction
- Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
8.3 Self-Exclusion
jiliho takes responsible gaming seriously. Any player who feels they need to step away from gambling can request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

If no activity is recorded after the notification period, a monthly dormant account administration fee may be applied to the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. 8.5 Limitation of Liability

8.6 Governing Law and Disputes
